Tensions rise between Rohit, a surgical resident, and his colleagues Kristina and Tanya, staff nurses, as the nurses begin a unionization campaign in the hospital. Their relationships, their patients, and the hospital itself are all at risk in the battle for the most basic dignity: Respect.
